A Custom Build is a piece of software written for one shop's specific problem, scoped and priced after a walkthrough, and handed over with the source code. It is what a business automation consultant should do: build the tool, then leave.

Custom software for a small business, priced before we start

The same five steps apply. We walk the shop, write a one-page brief with the price and the definition of done, build the smallest working version, test it with the crew, and hand it over with the code. If the brief says no, you keep the brief.

Business automation without the subscription

Most automation a shop needs is a few well-placed connections between systems it already pays for. We build those connections to run under your accounts, so nothing renews to us and nothing breaks when we leave.

AI in the shop, where it works

An assistant that reads your service manuals and past invoices and answers a tech's question in the truck is useful. A chatbot on the website usually is not. We say which is which before anything gets built.

What gets built

  • Inventory and truck-stock apps
  • Customer portals
  • Quoting tools tied to your pricebook
  • Two systems that refuse to talk to each other
  • An assistant that reads your invoices and manuals

The walkthrough picks the builds your shop needs. You get a one-page brief with the exact price before anything starts.
