How we work

Five steps. Written down. Priced.

A five-line brief is how a Marine on the ground calls for support: five pieces of information, in a fixed order, nothing extra. Every engagement runs the same way.

  1. Walk the shop

We talk to the dispatcher, the senior tech, the bookkeeper and the owner. We help prioritize what's broken and leave with the crew's input on how to fix it.

  2. Brief the plan

One page: the problem, the fix, the scope, the price, the date, the definition of done. If you say no, you keep the brief.

[Evan: optional. The brief is priced at $X and credited against any line.]

  3. Prototype

The smallest working version first. A dashboard. An automation. An app that makes the crew's jobs easier. You see it in days.

  4. Test with the crew

The people who use it try it before it goes live. We change what they do not like. If a tech will not use it, it is not done.

  5. Hand it off

Documentation, training recordings, admin access, source code. A 30-day check-in is included. Retainers, if you want one, are capped at 90 days. We do not build dependencies.

No memberships. No quarterly business reviews. We fix the thing, show you the number, and hand it over.

Tell us about the shop.

Thirty minutes. You describe the business. We tell you what we would fix first and what it costs. No deck.
