A Crew and Field engagement sets up or cleans up the field platform a shop runs on and designs the tech workflow on a ride-along. It is ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber consulting from an operator who has led crews, not a reseller.
ServiceTitan consultant, Housecall Pro, Jobber: which one, or none
ServiceTitan is overkill for a five-truck shop and exactly right for a twenty-truck one. Housecall Pro and Jobber cover most residential work for a fraction of the cost. Some shops are better off with what they have, cleaned up. We tell you which, and we do not get paid by any of them.
ServiceTitan implementation and setup, done with the crew
Setup means the pricebook loaded with real margins, job types that match how you actually dispatch, forms the techs will fill in, and a QuickBooks sync that does not double-post. If you already bought the software and it never got set up, this is the cleanup.
HVAC dispatch software the techs will use
The tech workflow is designed on a ride-along, not in a conference room. We watch how a job actually runs, build the mobile flow to match, and change what the crew does not like before it goes live. If a tech will not use it, it is not done.

Questions about Crew and Field
Before you ask.
No. We find out what they will actually do, then build to that. Some crews want tablets in the truck, some want a text. Either can work.
No. We take no referral fees from any platform. The recommendation is the one we would make if we were the owner.

I bought a business with an SBA loan. Now what?
The first 90 days after buying a small service business, in the order the problems actually show up: the seller, the numbers, the crew, the phones. What to do in each one and what to leave alone.
Tell us about the shop.
Thirty minutes. You describe the business. We tell you what we would fix first and what it costs. No deck.
